We work using existing planning materials including drawings, plans, elevations and photos. We can work on a wide range of residential projects including K&B remodels, ADUs, custom homes and some commercial projects.

Custom design

We design and provide fabrication support for custom light fixtures, millwork-integrated fixtures, including CAD drawings and renders.
We can also work with speciality requirements such as marine or aviation applications.

Working with your team

For architects

We work with your ceilings, windows, millwork and architecture. It's easiest to bring us in while ceilings and windows can still change, but we can start at any stage.

For integrators

We provide a unified lighting, shading and controls design for the system you install. Our deliverables include lighting fixture selections all the way to recommended keypad engravings. We are control system agnostic and can work with Lutron, Control4, Crestron and other professional systems.

Fees

Projects are quoted with a fixed-fee which includes one round of revisions. Further work is billed hourly.
